With improved interior space, extended luggage capacities and a range of convenient functionalities the new 4 Series is more flexible than ever before.
The new BMW 4 Series is 2.7cm wider and 12.8cm longer than its predecessor and whilst its appearance is even more progressive, the practicality of the car is still preserved with greater interior space, flexible seat configurations and a versatile luggage capacity.
The standard boot capacity offers a generous 440 litres of storage, that can be extended when the rear seats are laid flat.
A host of convenient storage features are standard on all models, including two cup holders in the front, door pockets with bottle storage, a front and rear centre armrest, hooks in the rear for hanging clothes and four lashing eyes to secure luggage in the boot compartment.
Offering comfortable seating for four passengers, the two rear seats and front passenger seat also include Isofix points. As a standard feature on all models, the rear seats can also be folded down in a 40:20:40 split configuration to significantly increase the loading capacity in the rear.
The 4 also offers Extended Storage with the Comfort or Comfort Plus Pack, adding extra flexibility with versatile storage nets on the rear of the front seats, within the boot floor and side wall of the storage compartment and two bag hooks and six lashing eyes to secure your extra luggage.
The interior cabin maintains its ambience with the benefit of acoustic glass as standard. Double glazing of the windscreen and surrounds helps to reduce exterior road noise and adds another level of protection from glass breakage and UV shielding.
As standard two USB connections are available for charging smartphones or tablets whilst on the move. An additional 12V power socket is available in the front centre console and another in the passenger footwell.
The optional Enhanced Bluetooth with wireless charging supports wireless charging of compatible devices and includes Wi-Fi hotspot preparation which can utilise the built-in 4G LTE SIM card for connecting up to 10 devices (subject to separate data plan).
