Our Jigsaw aims to support sport and physical activity organisations to embed mental health across their work to create a culture where people can thrive.
It breaks this down into 9 areas, or jigsaw pieces. It covers everyone connected to your organisation, whether it be staff, volunteers or participants.
The jigsaw tool can be used alongside our template action plan and consultancy support. Just like a regular jigsaw, you may wish to focus on the corner pieces first to help you with the other sections.
You can navigate this guide in several ways:
1) Click on 'Contents' bar in the top left of each page.
2) Use the arrows at the side to scroll through.
3) Click on the relevant piece of the jigsaw to the right.
