Transforming our CSR initiatives to create a more dynamic, more inclusive, and more environmentally friendly working environment
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are deeply ingrained into every facet of our working lives at Exponential-e. We cannot continue to drive innovation across our business and achieve our own goals if we are not able to operate as responsible global citizens.
Since 2015, we have been working tirelessly to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise our impact on the environment, as demonstrated by our Environment Management (ISO 14001:2015) and Energy Efficiency (ISO 50001:2015) accreditations, for which we are regularly audited. Our staff are highly engaged and passionate about operating in as environmentally friendly a manner as possible, and work with our own Green Team to identify and implement new opportunities for improvements across our daily working lives.
We partner with numerous charities, local authorities, and good causes to give back to our communities, and ensure we deliver our services and solutions in an ethical, socially responsible way that makes a difference in people’s lives. Many of our staff also devote time to voluntary efforts outside of the office, in which we support them in any way we can.
In addition to a range of staff benefits, we work with our employees at all levels to make sure our working environments are healthy and productive, and that everyone receives the support and resources they need to fulfil their potential, both in and out of work. Our Culture Club provides a safe, welcoming forum for staff to discuss any concerns they have about work, and we regularly celebrate events such as International Women in Engineering Week, while providing a range of programmes to nurture talent and promote a healthy work/life balance.

Environment
We believe that even the smallest action can make a difference to the planet, and so reducing impact on the environment is something we care deeply about. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle are principles that are baked into our company’s DNA.
Diversity and inclusion
We are committed to recognising talent regardless of background and eliminating discrimination at work. Fairness, diversity, and inclusion have been embedded in our business from the very beginning.
Health and wellbeing
With high levels of stress and uncertainty, it’s more important than ever to ensure our employees get the best support for their emotional and physical health, and so we offer a number of programmes and initiatives in this area.
Local community support
We strive to make a difference in our communities, with our Culture Club organising numerous charity events throughout the year, and our employees enjoying time off to focus on their own voluntary work.
