Hampden Fields

Negotiated the sale of residential development land forming part of the Hampden Fields development, which will see the delivery of up to 3,000 homes. We had acted for the clients for over 25 years, realising significant value for them because of the sale.

Bromham Road

Acting on behalf of a private landowner, our residential development team sold the first phase of a former golf course benefitting from outline planning permission for nearly 600 new homes. Not only did we achieve a sale price in excess of comparable land sales in the area, but we also secured a buyer who is known for delivering high quality development, which will bring a range of benefits to the local community.
